I downloaded the lot from 01. It's DRM free. It is stable, but you can't minimize without using ctrl alt delete. There is a glitch where voices and music endlessly loop, but there is a fix called Indirect Sound to correct it.
Hearing the Legion order sound repeat endlessly gave me a headache I copied it on to a flash drive and put it on my computer and mapped it as a network drive. You will have to change Caesar3. There is also a high caesar 3 windows 10 mod x from WSGF. For Caesar 4, it is stable on my windows 10 machine, but I have a dedicated graphics card and I have never seen it work on a machine without a dedicated graphics card.
