Also already tried uninstalling and reinstalling Office. Details required : characters remaining Cancel Submit. Upgraded from Win 7 to Win 10 about 6 weeks ago. Office transferred OK. Word working fine for a while.

Had to purchase a new printer Canon ip at the time of upgrade as no Win 10 compatible drivers were available for my old printer. When I try to open a blank document in Word, it opens a previously saved document that I deleted and is no longer in my documents file. I have to delete the contents in order to get a blank document.
